For the fifth year in a row, the strong demand for Micropol Fiberoptic’s offering resulted in significant sales growth. Net sales grew by 46% during 2025.
Welcome Ida Söderblom
Micropol Fiberoptic is growing rapidly, evident in the fact that we have never before onboarded so many new colleagues in such a short period of time. We have therefore recruited Ida Söderblom as the company’s first Human Resource Manager.
Ida Joins us from Swedish automotive parts giant Biltema Logistics, where she has worked in a similar position. Ida holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource development from Linköping University.

Micropol extends framework with FMV
Micropol Fiberoptic extends its framework agreement with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV). The extension further reinforces Micropol’s role as a trusted supplier of fiber optic solutions to the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV).
