Micropol Fiberoptic is growing rapidly, with increased sales both in Sweden and internationally. To support our journey and to strengthen our quality department, we welcome Claes Hedbom to Micropol as Quality Manager.
Claes joins us from the role of QEHS Manager at Volvo Autonomous Solutions and has previously worked in quality assurance and technical roles in companies like Sweco and Saab Avitronics. Claes has also worked as a lead investigator and project manager at the Swedish Accident Investigation Authority. Claes holds a Master of Science in Vehicle Science from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

The new facility will significantly increase production capacity by introducing more workstations and an increased number of staff, enabling the company to take on larger and more complex projects.
