Micropol Fiberoptic is growing rapidly, driven by an increased global demand for fiber optic solutions. To meet this expansion, we are investing in both our production capacity and our people. As a result, several new talent colleagues have joined Micropol in recent weeks.

Sofia holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Uppsala University. Sofia will be a part of Micropols Management team.
We are very pleased to welcome Sofia to our team.
In addition to Sofia, several other skilled colleagues have recently joined Micropol, strengthening key areas of our organization:

Henrik Björk, Regional Sales Manager Nordics – responsible for strengthening customer relations and driving sales across the Nordic region.
Rickard Bengtsson, Mechanical Engineer, R&D Department – contributing to technical innovations and developing our products.
Jon Ebeling, Test Engineer, R&D Department – adding further strength to our R&D team with focus on testing and compliance development.
