At this year’s UTEXPO, students showcased a degree project carried out in collaboration with Micropol, demonstrating both engineering expertise and real-world problem-solving capabilities.

Micropol is a certified service hub for FUW/PUW caballing from LEMO Nordic. We repair a large number of cables each year, and some deliveries are more important than others. Like this time, where the cables are to be used at the Monte Carlo rally.
Monte Carlo is one of many events in the World Rally Championship series and one of the oldest. It is an annual competition, and the 2021 race will take place on January 18, for the 89th time. The television viewers will enjoy the race from every angel, and it is important that the broadcasting cables are on site in time.Prior to delivery, the cables are checked, measured and if needed, re-terminated according to LEMO’s global quality standards.At Micropol we deliver high speed fiber optics.
